We are excited to share with the Hazelwood community what our nonprofit has found over the past 6 months.
Through our analysis of public data, open records requests and speaking with residents, business owners, lawmakers as well as officials from both Hazelwood and the Robertson FPD, we believe we are closer than ever to answers and possible solutions to this issue.
Robertson FPD vs Hazelwood Motion Hearing
Robertson Fire Protection District and the City of Hazelwood are scheduled for a motion hearing in the Breach of Contract lawsuit (Case No. 18SL-CC00749) filed by Robertson Fire Protection District in the St. Louis County Circuit Court, Division 12 under Judge Stanley James Wallach.
The conference is open to the public in to watch in person in Courtroom 480, Floor 4 North or to watch live via Webex.
